For my son.
Oscar was born August 21, 2015 and shortly after birth was diagnosed with Truncus Arteriosus and TAPVR, two congenital heart defects. His journey was incredibly difficult with many complications including 4 open heart surgeries, numerous infections, multiple cath labs and other procedures. Oscar also acquired Pulmonary Vein Stenosis as a result of surgery on his pulmonary veins. PVS has an incredibly high mortality rate and sadly he passed away April 29, 2016. Very little is known about pulmonary vein stenosis and research is desperately needed. We hope to help change that by helping bring awareness and fundraising when possible. We hope to always continue #honoringOscar. We love and miss him terribly!
Please consider making a tax deductible contribution to support my fundraising efforts on behalf of The Children’s Heart Foundation and the Adult Congenital Heart Association. All funds raised benefit CHD research and programs. I appreciate your support!
